Volunteer Opportunities

 

While coordinating the Hoops for Hunger tournament, we will be needing several volunteers to help out.  Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community, build your resume, and gain great experience.

All volunteers must fill out and turn in the Waiver Form. 

As a token of our appreciation for your donations, all sponsors will receive (complimentary):

        •  Consultation with Dr. Stotts, Exam, and Spinal Screening Analysis

        •  Up to 2 X-rays (if necessary)

        •  Adjustment (if necessary)

        •  We file your insurance for you

        •  Pro Adjuster Magazine
